Refund Policy

Saint Rocco produces products as they are ordered. We accomplish this by partnering with our suppliers. Because products are made to order, the copacity to offer a refund is limited. 

We do not accept refunds unless the product(s) is damaged in transit. If it is damaged, don't hesitate to get in touch with us for a replacement.  Once the product is delivered, the customer has responsibility over the product(s).

The Company shall be under no liability in respect of any defect in the Products arising from your failure to follow instructions when ordering of the Products via the Site, your use of the Products or your misuse or alteration of the Products.

An order may be canceled or altered before the product is fulfilled. Please contact us to cancel the order. If the product is fulfilled before. 

We reserve the right to cancel any order (or any part of the order) if for any reason:

• 1.1. the Products ordered by you are no longer available;

• 1.2. the Products are withdrawn from our Service by the authorised licensees or the copyright owners; or

• 1.3. the Products cannot be supplied to you in the country where you reside;

in which event we will notify you by email and refund any payments you have made for that order or that part of the order.
