Fulfillment and Shipping varies based on the product's final destination. We aim to have all orders shipped within 30 days.

Why hasn’t my order been delivered yet?

All items have estimated delivery times shown in our price lists to give you an idea of how long it typically takes to deliver a product to various countries around the world. However, several factors could delay delivery times, including:

  • Mistyped or incorrectly formatted address

  • Customs and import restrictions

  • Failed delivery attempts (e.g., no one home to receive the order)

  • Postal strikes

  • Other adverse conditions (such as storms and natural disasters)

  • Lost in Mail
    If you do not receive your items within 30 days, please contact us.

What happens if a product is damaged in transit?

If a product is damaged during shipping, we ask that you provide a photo of the damaged product(s). Once we will process the photo and send a replacement.
